Landrum Family Update
Hal -
Hal is growing like a weed! I can't believe how much he has changed over the past year. He is finishing up his last few weeks of 4 year old preschool. He amazes me with what he has learned this year, but we have decided to let him go to 4K again next year. As a teacher, I have a fear of him being one of the youngest kids in the class. Since his birthday is in July, I figure it couldn't hurt to let him have one more year to mature before starting K5.
Tee ball and soccer have started up, and he is enjoying both. He loves getting to spend time with David without little Hayes to divert the attention.
Hayes-
Hayes is also growing like a weed! He goes for his 9 month check up this week. He is pulling up and trying hard to walk. He, like his big brother before him, is not so great at the whole crawling thing. He is saying a few words, but will not perform on command. ;) He got a walker this week and has been rolling around the house trying to open drawers and cabinets. The freedom of following Hal all over the house has led to frequent high pitched squealing.

Hal had his first tee ball practice yesterday. David is coaching his team (the Bats). As you can see, Hal is totally focused and serious.

Soccer Begins!
Hal had his first soccer practice last night. He is the youngest kid on the team (most are 6 years old), but he didn't care one bit. He had a great time! Tee ball starts next!
